2.0GHz Relay with 3VDC Coil

Teledyne Relays have added a 3VDC coil to the 172 Series relay to meet customer demand for the additional operating voltage.

The 3 volt coil is in addition to the 5, 12 and 26VDC coils already offered, with the new coil option also being offered on the 172D variant with coil suppression diode.

Fully RoHS compliant, the hermetically sealed 172 relay has DPDT contacts with terminal pins spaced on a 2.5mm grid. The overall dimensions of 8.5 x 8.5 x 7.1mm high and its inherently low intercontact capacitance and contact circuit losses make the 172 ideal for high packaging density applications requiring long life and repeatability such as ATE, Attenuators and Test Instruments as well as the high performance requirements found in Wireless, Mobile Communications, Broadcast and HDTV applications.
