New From Teledyne Coax Switches - 3 State Attenuated 25GHz Switch

Teledyne Coax Switches has introduced the CAS-37 , the latest in its line of high performance broadband coaxial switches.

Operating from DC to 25GHz, the CAS-37 is a 3 state switch with a low loss through path, a very stable attenuated path and an open path with one RF port grounded via a 50 Ohm termination.

The through path has an insertion loss of >0.5dB and low VSWR of 1.50:1 at 25GHz. The attenuated path has a 20dB fixed attenuator which is exceptionally stable over the full operating frequency range with a maximum variance of -0.65dB to +1.95dB at 25GHz. Other attenuation values are available on request. Open path isolation is 85dB at 0.5GHz and 38dB at 25GHz.

The 3 states are switched internally with no internal cables keeping losses to a minimum. External RF connections are SMA Female connectors and Control connections are solder posts or a 9 pin male D-Sub connector as an option. Operating voltages are 12VDC as standard with 15 & 28VDC available as options.

Life and environmental capabilities include 1 Million operations with operate and release times at 20mSec, 0 to +55°C operating temperature range, 5G rms Vibration and 500G Shock.
